A Voice for ALL of Kingsville
Cottam, Kingsville, Ruthven, and our surrounding rural areas each have their own identity. With this, they also face unique challenges and opportunities. We are not a “one-size-fits-all” municipality. Whether it’s roads, parks and recreation, pedestrian safety, local events, or growth, residents in all of our communities should have a meaningful voice in what matters most where they live.
I want to hear from you! Residents from ALL of our communities, I invite you to fill out the form below and tell me: What are your top questions or concerns in your area? What do you want Cottam to become? What do you want to see in Ruthven? How do you want Kingsville to look down the road?
Local decisions need to reflect local needs. The residents of our smaller communities shouldn’t have to compete with the larger population center to have their concerns recognized. The people who live in Cottam and Ruthven know their communities. They know where traffic is becoming a problem, where infrastructure is struggling, what amenities are missing, and what would make their community stronger.
Each community deserves a voice, and my goal as Deputy Mayor is not to give one community any advantage over another. It is to make sure that Cottam, Ruthven, Kingsville, and our rural communities are heard, considered, and respected when determining the future of our municipality as a whole.
